FREE RESERVATION

Cancellations made 90 days before the event will receive a 75% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the loss of the deposit.

Liability:

The Event renter is not liable for any damage to the venue, injuries, or loss of items during the event.

The Client(s) is responsible for any damage caused by their guests.

Changes to Services:

Any changes must be made in writing and approved by both the Client(s) and Mercilia Enterprises LLC.

Force Majeure:

Neither party is held responsible for non-performance due to events beyond their control (natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances).
